Active Rest WOD

- 20 Mins to go through Deadlift, Front Squat & High bar/Low Bar back squat efficiency (Body positioning, hand placement, feet placement, breathing, weight choices etc)
-then-
- 20 Mins to practice a gymnastic movement, dowel stick OHS, skipping or running. No weighted movements. Learn to practice something you're not good at.
-then-
- 20 Mins Mobility. - If you don't think this part of training is important, expect extremely slow results in anything to do with your performance in training.
