-2 Power clean and jerks (80% of 1RM)
b) 3x3 Pause front squats (75-80% of 1RM)
Hold each squat in the bottom for a pause of 3 seconds.
c)Tabata Mash up of:
-handstand push ups
-box jumps (60/50)
*If you cannot perform a full range of movement handstand push up you will be doing a normal push up.
