"12 Weeks out of your life" Performance Challenge #5
"CrossFit Total"
Perform the following max lifts in the order shown:
Back Squat 1-1-1
Strict Press 1-1-1
Deadlift 1-1-1
Throughout the "CrossFit Total" you are allowed to use a few warm-up sets and then 3 attempts only at your max lifts. Anymore attempts will not count to your total.
