For time:

150 Wall Ball shots

Required weight/height:
Guys - 9kg med ball/10ft Target
Girls - 6kg med ball/8ft Target
You may scale the weight of the med ball if you do not think you can complete 150 efficiently with the required weight.

Your score is the time taken to complete 150 Wall Balls shots. For each rep to count you must squat hip crease below knee, and throw the ball with two arms OVER or right on the target every single shot. If you do not make either of those requirements the rep will be taken off you. The shots do not have to be in a row.
