3 Split jerks 
Light- Moderate weight. Focus is being put on speed and positioning. Phase in the catch for 1sec to show you are stable before bringing your feet together.

B) Every 30 sec for 5min:
5 deadlifts 

C) With a partner complete 10 sets each:

7-10 TTB 1:1
