Saturday 7th - one class only @730am.
The class will involve various interval running through a trail in the Botany Bay National Park - Kurnell.
We will be meeting in the parking lot marked in the map above. To get there follow captain cook drive, & turn right into Solander Dr. The car park is the 2nd left about 500m along.
Please aim to be there by 720am as we will be leaving to start the session no later than 730am.. It's something different for a Saturday morning so we hope a lot of you can make it!

A.) 5x 1 Clean + 2 Front Squats - all sets 80-85% of 1rm Clean
