A) 6x2 Snatch
Pause at the knee for 3 seconds each rep before exploding from the hang.
B) 4 sets of:
5 Front squats. Focus on speed out of the bottom but control the descent
5 Challenging box jumps
Rest 90 sec between sets
C) With a partner complete for time:
20 Snatches (70/50)
40 Cleans
80 CTB pull ups
