Rest 30sec between rounds

LEVEL 2

A) 4 rounds with a partner:
100m KB shoulder carry
Max Burpee box jumps while partner is carrying kb

A) EMOM x16
-18 Cal Row/ 13 Cal
-15 swings 32kg/24kg
-15 wall ball
-Freestanding Handstand hold for seconds
