For time:
800m Run
Then 3 Rounds;
5 Muscle ups
10 Front Squats (60kg/40kg)
50 Double Unders
5 Defecit HSPU
10 Power Cleans (60kg/40kg)
50m Prowler Push
then,
800m Run.
WOD without equipment.
4 Rounds for time:
10m Handstand Walk
20 V-Situps or sit-ups
30 Squat Jumps
If you can't HS walk, hold a handstand for 40seconds.
