THIS THURSDAY THE 7TH, ALL CLASSES WILL BE HELD AT THE GYM FOR CATCH-UP/OPEN GYM.
ALL OF FRIDAY THE 8TH'S CLASSES WILL BE HELD AT GUNNAMATTA FOR THE 6TH CHALLENGE WOD. There IS swimming in the WOD, but if you do not feel comfortable swimming you don't have to swim. You will be allowed to scale the metres of the swim & we will also allow you to scale to using fins, so there is NO excuse to not complete this WOD!!

LEVEL 1
A.) 4x8 Back Squat @75%
B.) 4 Rounds, 1min at each station:- Row
- KB Swing
- Burpee
- Rest
LEVEL 2
A.) OTM x10:Odd min - 15/12 (Calorie) Row
Even min - 20 KB Swings
B.) Work up to a heavy single Back Squat
C.) 4x3 Back Squat @85%
