Saturday morning - One class only @7am meeting at Lucas Reserve Cronulla (aka Greenhills) gym equipment/basketball court area. Allow 10mins to find parking! Also, if you would like to come to breakfast after the session at Alley Break (Cronulla) we have booked for 15 people at 830am.

"CFC" 12 Week Challenge WOD Re-test #2

"3, 2, 1..."

For Load:
- 12min to find a 3RM Snatch (can be power snatch)
- 12min to find a 2RM Clean (can be power clean)
- 12min to find a 1RM Jerk (can either be push or split jerk)

Your score is the TOTAL load moved over the 3 movements. Your lift will NOT count if it goes into the next time bracket.
