A.) For Load:
- 12min to find a 3RM Snatch (can be power snatch)
- 12min to find a 2RM Clean (can be power clean)
- 12min to find a 1RM Jerk (can either be push or split jerk)
Your score is the TOTAL load moved over the 3 movements. Your lift will NOT count if it goes into the next time bracket.
B.) Practice a weakness or 3x30:30 Hollow Rock
