There will be no 5:45am class tomorrow morning (monday). All other classes will run as normal. Remember the new addition of Level 1 and 2 classes. Please check out the new schedule!
WOD
LEVEL 1
A.) 3x6 OHS - Stay light work on position.
B.) 3x5 Clean & Jerk - Building sets - Each rep does not need to be touch & Go.
C.) 5 Rounds each for time:
5 Power Clean & jerk (60kg/40kg)
200m Sprint
Rest 1:1 (either with a partner or take note of how long each interval took you)
LEVEL 2
A.) 5x Snatch Complex - deadlift, hang, low hang.
B.) 3x Clean Complex - hi hang, hang below knee, split jerk.
C.) 4x4 Front Squat - same weight across.
D.) 3x3-6 Muscle Ups - weighted or practice the movement at bodyweight to cycle reps fast.
E.) AMRAP 7min:
3 C&J (70kg/50kg) - use axel or log bar if possible.
6 TTB
Rest 1:1 with a partner or take note of how long each interval takes.
