For those competing  in the Never Quit teams comp on Sunday, it would be a good idea to not choose a tough option for today's workout & to have a rest day on Saturday.

WOD


A.) Clean + Hang Clean + Jerk -
Build up to 3 heavy sets.

B.) For 20mins, Every 2 minutes complete the following:
3 Muscle ups
5 Power Clean
7 High Wall Ball

*If you do not complete the round within the 2 minutes, stop.
