A.) 4 Sets of:
3 Deadlift
5 Bench Press
7 Strict Pull-ups
Rest 90 Sec between sets.
The weight for the Deadlift & Bench Press should be anywhere between 75%-85% of your 1RM. You may add weight to the Strict Pull-up if you can complete 12+ without weight.
B.) AMRAP 10mins:
5 HSPU
10 Ttb
20 Double Unders
Note: Scaling options will be-
HSPU -> Pike Hspu -> Pushup
Ttb ->V-snap -> Ab-mat situp.
20 Double Unders -> 15 Doubles -> 50 Single Unders.
