A.) 12min to find a 1Rm Split Jerk
or 12min to Practice for Beginners -
Completing 4-6sets of 3-5reps looking for good speed and position.

B.) 3x3 Touch & Go Power Clean (@80-85% of 1rm)

C.) "Grace"
For time:

30 Power Clean & Push Jerks (60kg/40kg)

Below is a video of the current fittest man on earth - Rich Froning, completing "Grace" at 100kgs in a ridiculously fast time (for that load).
