Monday Class schedule : 3pm, 4pm & 5pm classes only.

WOD

In teams complete the following:

A.) 12mins to:

- Find a 1 Rep max - Snatch.
(Each team member must complete a Snatch for your score to count)
- Row as far as possible.
(Each team member must complete a minimum of 250m of rowing before rotating)

B.) 12 mins to:
- Find a 1 Rep Max Clean & Jerk.
(Each team member must complete a Clean & Jerk for your score to count)
- Row as far as possible.
(Each team member must complete a minimum of 250m of rowing before rotating)

The team's score is the combination of the highest lift completed from each team member & the distance rowed.

C.) 3x Max L-Sit
