Burpee Box Jumps
TABATA - is an interval of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 total rounds (4mins). E.g. for this workout you will row 20on/10off for 4mins then rest 4mins. Then burpee box jump 20on/10off for 4mins. Total number of calories on the rower/reps completed with burpee box jumps will be your score.
