A.) 6mins to work up to a heavy single Snatch.
-3mins rest, then-
B.) 6mins to work up to a heavy single Front Squat.

The 'Heavy' is underlined because that is what you are supposed to be trying to achieve. Not a 1Rm unless you get to that point comfortably within the 6mins.

C.) For time:
