(You may 'dump' the weight as long as the set is done in under 20sec or Touch & Go)
 B.) 5 Rounds for time:4 Clean Thrusters (80kg/55kg)
8 CTB Pullups
12 Lateral Bar Burpees
-then once you have completed the 5 rounds-
800m Run
