A.) 12min to find your:
3RM Strict Press
B.) For Time:
10 Strict Press
15 Overhead Squat
20 Push Press
25 Front Squat
30 Push Jerk
35 Back Squats
All movements to be performed at 50kg/35kg or scale from there. Use the 3RM to predict what weight you should do.
C.) 3 Rounds:
30sec Superman Rock/hold
30sec Hollow Rock/hold
30sec Rest.
