Friday

Saturday:
- 7am meeting at Greenhills carpark (Gym area). Please wear clothing that you don't mind getting wet.
- 830am at the gym for the CF Games Open WOD
- Open gym from  2-4pm if there is 6+ people interested.

A.) CrossFit Games WOD 13.5

AMRAP 4mins:

15 Thrusters (45kg/30kg)
15 CTB Pullups

Bonus 4mins for every 90 reps (3 Rnds) completed:
If you finish 90 reps you will move on to 8mins, if you finish 180 you will move on to 12mins etc.
