A.) 5x1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Clean + 1 Split Jerk
B.) 4 Rounds with a partner 1:1 (work:rest) of:
5 Hang Clean (70kg/50kg)
10 Lateral Over the Box Jumps (touch top, or jump over if confident)
15 Wall Ball
30m Budddy Carry
Note: 1:1 means you will complete a whole round, then rest while your partner is completing their round and so on until you have both completed 4 rounds EACH.
