A) 6 Working Sets of:
3 Box Squats
5 HIGH box jumps
Rest 90-2min between sets.

B) AMRAP 7min with a partner:
-Burpees (Only one team member works at a time)
To swap you must complete:
3 Power Clean (70kg/50kg)
3 Push Jerks
3 Back Squats
