Thursday 24th - All Classes held at Gunnamatta Pool
Saturday 26th - ONE class at 7am only - at Greenhills cronulla, meeting at the basketball court.

A.)
4x3 Weighted Pullup

B.) 4 Rounds each for time:
Every 6 minutes complete the following-
3 Rounds of:

5 Pullups
7 Pushups
9 Air Squats
then-
Run 400m - Rest Remaining time of 6 mins.

C.) 3x20 GHD Situps OR Ab-mat situps
