WOD

A.) EMOTM for as long as possible:
3 Power Cleans (80kg/55kg)
3 Front Squats
3 Push Jerks

B.) Each interval for time:
200m Run
400m Run
200m Run
400m Run
200m Run

Each interval will be performed off a time bracket. E.g 200m in a 2 minute time bracket, if you finish the 200 in 30 seconds you will have 90 seconds rest.
