WOD
A.) If you can get yourself to the open gym time or Greenhills (Wanda) gym area complete:50 Strict pullups (35 for girls)
Note: if you can't complete a strict pullup, 3x6-8 Pullups - jumping up and letting yourself down will do.
B.) 7 Rounds each for time of;
Every 2 minutes on the minute complete:
100m Sprint
10 Burpees
(rest remaining time of 2mins)
