A.) Snatch/Power Snatch Ladder

B.) AMRAP 7 Mins with a partner 1:1:
3 Power Snatch (60kg/40kg)
6 High Box Jumps

C.) With a partner complete the following for time:
200m Overhead Walk (60/40)
50 HR Pushups
200m Overhead Walk
25 HR Burpees
200m Sprint (each team member must complete)
