A. 12 minutes to:Run 800m for time - then -
In the remaining time of 12 mins:Establish a 3RM Power Snatch/Snatch
B. 12 minutes to:Run 800m for time - then -
In the remaining time of 12 mins:Max muscle ups in 3 attempts.
(If you can not complete a muscle up you will be doing max pullups/band pullups)
C. 12 minutes to:Run 800m for time - then-
In the remaining time of 12 mins:Max L-sit or hang in 5 sets.
A. 12 minutes to:Run 800m for time - then -
