A.) In teams of 3 AMRAP 12 Mins:

Wall Ball
Toes to Bar
Box Jumps

Accumulate as many reps as possible between the team of 3 in 12 minutes. Your team will rotate each exercise once 1 member reaches 15 Wall Ball shots.
B.) 3x1min on/off Superman Holds.
