Quick Notice

- For those of you that still want to get your DEXA done on the 8th;

We will wait untill thursday afternoon latest to see if we have enough numbers for the DEXA van to visit for the whole day. Otherwise we will need all of you who have put your name down to re-schedule your times so there not all over the place. It's looking easier to go from lunch time to 5pm as the majority of names are in the afternoon. If you think you have someone else interested for the DEXA please book them in as we are meant to have minimum 25 people & unfortunately there is only 16 at the moment.
We are lucky they will still come out with 16 people but If we can't get everyone in reasonably close together we will have to cancel the visit which is pretty disapointing considering we need to SEE the results & we have 80+ members.. so for those who are still wanting there DEXA you may have to book in privately at their studio.

Shirt/singlet order - We will wait untill the end of thursday to order, so if you have not placed an order yet please make sure you let us know.

Lost & found - For those of you that have left your gear behind, we have kept it for you in the box underneath the whiteboard.. you have untill Friday to take it then we will be giving it to the Salvation Army.

Chrissy/post 12 week party - We need your RSVP for numbers, so please write back to your most recent e-mail. Letting us know in person doesn't help when we're trying to cater for a number, thanks.
