All Thursday the 27th & Saturday the 29th's classes will be held at Gunnamatta swimming pool - Unless told otherwise. There will only be the one class on Saturday @7am.

A.
3x3 Deadlift @75-80%
B. 4x3 Front Squat @80%

-then-
C. 5 Rounds for total time:
3 Cleans (weight worked out off Front squat)
30 Double Unders
Rest 1 Minute between rounds.
