A. 5 Working sets of: 2 Single arm snatch, (one each arm) 4 HIGH Box jumps
B. 3x3 Pause Overhead Squats (3 sec)
C. 5 Rounds: Even min - 12Ring Pushups Odd Min - 12 Strict Pullups
