Thursday the 1st - ALL classes will be held at Gunnamatta Pools meeting at the wharf in front of the Pavillion for the 6th & final Challenge workout. If you are not a confident swimmer we would like to encourage you to reap the benefit and get down there, there will be a substitution of just running for this WOD. Parking is on Nicholson Pde.

A.) 3x Max Thrusters @1Rm Strict Press

B.) 7 Rounds each for time:
On the Even min complete;

- 2 sequences of the "Bear Complex"
- 7 Over the Box Jumps
On the Odd min complete;
- 7 HSPU
- 7 CTB Pullups

C.) For time:
30 Burpee Toes to Bar
30 V-snaps
