Less Volume and intensity today after hitting 14.3 guys. Focus is on quality of movement and efficiency. Also designating a larger amount of time to stretching and mobility.

Level 1

A) 5x5 Push jerks- focus on rebounding

B) 4-8 CTB Pull ups OTMx8

C) 4x8 Band pull aparts

D) 2min Split stretch (each leg)
1min Bench glute stretch (each leg)
1min Couch stretch (each leg)


Level 2

A) Build to a 10RM jerk

B)3-6 Muscle ups OTMx8

C) 4x8 Band pull aparts

D 2min Split stretch (each leg)
1min Bench glute stretch (each leg)
1min Couch stretch (each leg)
