WOD
LEVEL 1 & 2
A.) 4x5 Push Press
B.) With a partner - 5 Rounds (each) for time:
5 Thrusters 60kg/40kg
10 CTB Pullups
200m Run
*As soon as partner A completes the 5 Thrusters & 10 CTB Pullups Partner B can start the Thrusters while partner A is running the 200m. If partner A gets back from the run before partner B has finished the CTB Pullups they will have to wait untill partner B has finished.
D.) Rebounding box jump practice.
LEVEL 1 & 2
A.) 4x5 Push Press
B.) With a partner - 5 Rounds (each) for time:

200m Run
*As soon as partner A completes the 5 Thrusters & 10 CTB Pullups Partner B can start the Thrusters while partner A is running the 200m. If partner A gets back from the run before partner B has finished the CTB Pullups they will have to wait untill partner B has finished.
