MONDAY

- Please note that all of WEDNESDAY the 12th's classes will be held at Jenola Hockey Fields (Corner of the Kingsway and Gannons rd Caringbah/Woolooware)

- For anyone wishing to catch up or re-do 14.2 you will need to book in with either Matt or Nick for Monday's 545am class and 7pm class. If you don't book in, don't expect to be judged, Cheers!


WOD

LEVEL 1 & 2

A.) 6x4 Hurdle Hops -  Building in height

B.) 4x5 'Tempo' Front Squat - 3sec down, 1sec pause in the bottom, UP as fast as possible.

C.) "Top Gun"
For time:
20 Thrusters
20 SDHP
20 Push jerks
20 OHS
20 FS

Note:
- All movements at required weight of 40kg/30kg.
- This workout usually has 4 burpees to complete at the start of every minute, but we're not going to make you do them :-)
