A.) OTM x6:
5-10 TTB or Practice.

B.) OTM x6:
10-50 Double Unders or Practice.

C.) With a partner 3 Rounds for time:
20 Power Clean & Jerk (60kg/40kg) - Partition the reps how you like
400m Run - Both must complete
60 Wall Ball (9kg/6kg) - Partition the reps how you like
400m Run - Both must complete
