- The Open workouts are released at 5pm on Thursday's in America which means they are released at 11pm on Friday's for us. You will have untill Tuesday's 11am to submit your score.
- The Open workouts are now scheduled to be ran in heats throughout ALL of MONDAY's class times. Briefing on each WOD will be at the start of each class time, so please be on time or you may have to wait untill the following class.
- For those of you that can not make Monday's class times each week you will have to book in with either Matt or Nick to complete the WOD. There will only be an exception outside these times if it will make a difference between making it to Regionals or not, which will then be up to the coaches discretion.
Here is what the week of training will look like:
Mon - Open WOD
Tues - Normal CF Classes
Weds - Normal CF Classes
Thurs - Open Gym/Uncoached Swim wod
(The swimming WOD will no longer have a coach at gunnamatta due to lack of numbers, although we will continue to post a swimming WOD to the website for anyone to complete in their own time)
Fri - Normal CF Classes
Sat - Normal CF Classes involving movements that are in the Open WOD to prep you for monday + Open gym by notice on FB members page & or website.
